Children in Need

Thank you for all the donations to Children in Need, Cockfield Primary School raised a fabulous total on £135.  All the children were excited to see Pudsey in school on Thursday and on Friday the children donated a £1 to come into school in bright, colourful clothes.  The children took part in many activities during the day.

EYFS Cluster Meeting

A successful EYFS Cluster Meeting was held in school on Wednesday 8th November, thank you to Stanley Crook, Evenwood, Ox Close and Staindrop for attending. The next meeting will be held in school on Wednesday 14th March 2018.

Tag Rugby Competition

This week we went to Staindrop Academy and entered a Tag Rugby competition against other local primary schools. After 6 weeks of practising hard, and after a few tough games, we won the cup and brought it back to school once again!

A huge well done to Team A and all the children in Class 3!

Harvest Festival

A big thank you to everyone who came to  celebrate our Harvest Festival 2017.  The raffle raised £157, this will be split between Cockfield Primary School Fund and the Tea for the Elderly.

Please be aware that parking is not allowed anywhere on the yellow lines outside the school, this includes parking in front of the double gates.  The police and children are monitoring.
