We hope everyone is having a lovely summer and can’t wait to see you all back at school on Thursday 2nd September. We are pleased to say that lots of the COVID restrictions have been lifted for schools and the bubbles have gone unless we have an outbreak in school. Please read the return to school plan for details of times etc and some reminders and useful things to know for the start of term. Next week we will also publish our contingency plan which will explain what we will do if we have confirmed COVID cases in school and how the new guidelines will work for us.
Please note as with everything at the moment, these arrangements could be subject to change depending on guidance and how things develop once we are back in school. We felt it was important to get the information out to you once the decisions were made so that you can plan ahead.
If you have any questions or worries then please email cockfield@durhamlearning.net and we’ll get back to you next week before the return to school or sooner if it is an urgent enquiry.
Enjoy the rest of the holidays, we’re really looking forward to having the children back in school next Thursday.
