8th December 2023 Bulletin
It has been a fantastic first week in December! We visited the Pantomime as a whole school (Oh no
we didn’t….Oh yes we did….!) we have rehearsed and rehearsed our EYFS/KS1 and KS2 Christmas
plays, Class 3 have attended a sports event at Staindrop Academy and also an online Climate Change
Conference, we hosted the Cockfield Christmas Lights Committee Christmas Fair, we welcomed KS2
parents/carers in to create some wonderful Christmas Crafts, every child in the school has begun
making their fairy house, we hosted the travelling book fayre and today we are free–styling our very own Cockfield–style Turkey Trot as Robert Proud has had to postpone due to very important reasons. All of the sponsorship money can be used towards a follow up event which we will plan with him in January. Thank you for all of your support collecting sponsorship—it is going towards supporting a very worthwhile cause at the Angel
Trust.
All of the staff are ready for a restful weekend before the excitement continues next week!
Have a great weekend, stay safe and have fun!
